Avon Riding Centre has the reputation of being one of the best equestrian centres in the area for the quality of its tuition, its horses, and the facilities available.

We willingly make these facilities available for ‘regular’ riding as this provides a valuable source of income for the charity, gives our horses and ponies a variety of more active work, and allows us to subsidise our disabled clients.

With a choice of 25 horses and ponies, and classes of varying ability, there is a good chance that we can accommodate you.

Because of our charitable status, we need to ensure regular income. For this reason, all our riders commit to taking regular lessons and to paying the fee whether or not they are able to attend.  Please note that children need to be 9 years and over to be able to ride at the Centre.
